FAQs
How long will it take to get my order?
The turn around time for orders is typically 3-5 business days. Once shipped, it depends on the shipping option chosen, but it will typically arrive within one week after shipping.
I’m local, can I pick up an order instead of having it shipped?
Absolutely! Choose pick up during checkout and I’ll contact you with the details of where and when to pick it up. Open Edition prints are made to order, so the turn around time still applies.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
While I do my best to make sure prints and originals are well packaged for their journey to you, sometimes things can go wrong in shipping. Please let me know within a week of receiving a damaged product so we can work together on a resolution to the issue.
What is your return policy?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact me within 14 days of receiving your art to let me know you'd like to make a return.
Repackage the product carefully to ensure a safe return journey. The artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once the artwork has arrived back to me in its original condition, I will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
What materials are your prints made from?
All of my prints are printed on thick, luxurious fine art papers. They are archival-grade and acid-free to ensure a long print life. The print method for all of my prints is giclee, using aqueous pigment inks that will resist fading for over 100 years and help your prints last for generations if properly displayed.
What's the difference between an Open Edition and a Limited Edition Print?
An open edition print is a high quality, archival level print that has no limit on print number and is not personally signed by me. You get a beautiful art piece to enjoy at an approachable price.
A limited edition print is a high quality print on high grade paper that is limited in production number, is personally signed and numbered by me, and includes a certificate of authenticity. Limited edition prints cost more due to their scarcity, exclusivity, and provenance, all of which are important to art collectors.
What do your print sizes mean?
All of my prints come in a standard sizes such as 16 X 20”, that means the total size of the paper surface is that size. The image will be slightly smaller as each print comes with a .25” bleed (white edge on all sides) to prevent parts of the image from being hidden by a standard frame’s rabbet (the groove in a frame allows the artwork, matting, and backing to fit securely within the frame) which is typically .25” on all sides of the frame. All of my work is in standard sizes to make it easier for you to find a frame that will work with it, if a non standard sized frame is desired to use, you might want to consider getting a custom matting made for the art piece you choose.
Do your prints come framed?
Currently, all prints are sold unframed to give you the flexibility to choose the perfect frame for your space. Since they are all standard sizes, finding a ready-made frame is easy!

Where are you located and why isn’t your address and direct contact information on your site?
I’m in Northern Arizona, specifically the Page area. Horseshoe Bend is practically in my backyard!
